Confidentiality is a core value of my practice. Our sessions are safe container for you to talk about topics that you may have never shared with anyone before.
Right now I am offering only phone, text, and video sessions.
I am not a licensed counselor or therapist, While some techniques may overlap with what therapy can offer, my practice specializes in sex, relationships, and intimacy. I recommend and encourage you to work separately with a counselor in conjunction with our sessions, if possible.

In short... yes, sort of. I chose the word "intimacy" because it embodies the pursuit of human connection. My practice teaches techniques and mechanics of sex and relationships, but also helps you find deeper understanding in how to connect vulnerably and authentically with others.
Intimacy Coaching is not psychotherapy. I am not a physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, licensed social worker or licensed marriage and family therapist. Sessions are always fully clothed, and I do not interact physically with clients. Our conversations are held within the boundaries of our sessions. Sexual advances, either inside or outside of the session, will not be tolerated and can result in a warning or immediate termination of services.
